RJS Graph - Troubleshooting
Problem: When plotting a graph, the following error is
encountered: "An error occurred: Invalid property value".
Comments: This error may occur in versions prior to 3.21.14 when
the default printer does not support paper size A4.
Solution: Update to the latest version
of RJS Graph.
Problem: When plotting a graph, the following error is
encountered: "An error occurred: Printer error".
Comments: This error occurs when there are no printers installed on
the system.
Solution: Install a printer driver.
Problem: When a graph is exported as a metafile, or copied to
the clipboard, the right hand edge of the graph is missing and vertical text is not
displayed correctly.
Comments: Appears to occur only on Windows 2000 operating system.
Solution: Update to the latest version
of RJS Graph.
Problem: Only one of the six data sets is plotted.
Comments: This error occurs in version 3.20.06.
Solution: Update to the latest version
of RJS Graph.
Problem: The best fit curve information box cannot be displayed
on the graph.
Comments: This error may occur in versions prior to 3.20.06.
Solution: Update to the latest version
of RJS Graph.
Problem: Resizing data markers with a solid fill style causes
the graph to be redrawn completely black.
Comments: This error may occur in versions prior to 3.00.12.
Solution: Update to the latest version
of RJS Graph.
Problem: RJS Graph crashes when the application is closed.
Comments: Occurs only on Windows 2000 operating system.
Solution: Update to the latest version
of RJS Graph
Problem: Installation programme fails when installing on Windows
NT, 2000 or XP.
Comments: This applies to most programmes, not just RJS Graph.
Solution: Log on to Windows as the administrator, then install.
Problem: RJS Update does not function correctly on Windows NT,
2000 or XP.
Comments: This problem may occur in versions of RJS Update prior to
3.00.00
Solution: Download the latest full version of RJS
Graph.
Problem: RJS Update continues to report new updates available
after updating.
Comments: This problem may occur in versions of RJS Update prior to
3.00.04, where RJS Update failes to update itself.
Solution: Click on this special update or Download the
latest full version of RJS Graph.
